A little bit about me via Instagram

Hi Guys! I haven't done an about me before so I figured it's time to share a bit about myself with those of you who have been with me for a while, and all the new insta-friends in my life!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I am an artist living on Boston's north shore. It's very classic New England here and I am inspired daily by the gorgeous sights around me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My favorite thing in the world is traveling and exploring. I am happy to go anywhere near or far to have a new experience and meet new people. When travel isn't an option, as has been the case, I feel that you can find an adventure right where you are if you are looking closely. There are so many beautiful and interesting things all around us if we slow down and take a good look at them.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Most of you know me as an artist but I was a late bloomer in this regard. I have always loved creating art but spent more time interested in that of others. I spent the first half of my professional career as an art historian and galleriest. My life as an artist came about when I had my daughters- Z (8) and P (4)- and found myself at home with them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Obviously being an artist has been a pretty sweet second career. Being creative everyday is therapeutic, and I love being able to dust off my rusty business side to work on my business growth and brand strategy. History and research are passions of mine and I also get to work them in when I'm creating one of my art history driven collections. My next will be based around Camille Corot and the Barbizon School. I hope you will enjoy following along as I share inspiration, process videos, and eventually finished works.
